Located in the “Bird Streets” high atop the Santa Monica Mountains, Robin Drive is a luxury residence featuring panoramic views to the south of Los Angeles. This 8,500 sq. ft. home contains an open two level plan with living quarters including a master suite, three additional bedrooms, entertaining areas, a gym, home theater and maids quarters.
The exterior presents a landscaped automobile court facing the street and an expansive upper deck containing a lap pool with a baja shelf. The lower level has a private deck outside the bedrooms with a spa.
Currently under construction, the project will finish in early 2022. We served as the executive architect.
